Great house! The house was very modern and I loved the open floor plan. The deck and the fenced in backyard was great as well. The kitchen was also fully stocked of waters, tea's, and coffee - which came in very handy for me. Jennifer was a fantastic host from pre-check in to post-check out. I will definitely consider this home again for my next trip to Lexington.

This property was very spacious clean, and all around a pleasant weekend, The host checked in daily and was very friendly, from the kitchen to the rooms my family felt very comfortable and safe, front room gave a theater feel for the whole family, we planned to go to brunch but the kitchen was equipped with everything so we ordered groceries and enjoyed ourselves, I would give this home 10 stars!!

I needed a place close to the Cancer Center as my dad is there. Jennifer and her place were amazing. She even checked other properties for availability when I realized I needed to come to Kentucky a day early. The place is perfect and as described.

Excellent place to stay. I have been here several times before and i will continue to highly recommend it. Spacious two bedroom apartment, kitchen well appointed, and has off street parking, close to the two main hospitals. Quiet neighborhood. And Jennifer's always available for any questions or concerns.

Could not have had a better experience. Very comfortable, super clean, spacious, everything we needed. Perfect place to stay over the holiday weekend; close to our family who live w/n walking distance. Jennifer was extremely responsive to any questions we had. This place is amazing and really nice if you are looking to go to a KY football game. Two full bathrooms and the beds were great. The stadium is super Close and really easy to get to. The game we went to was at night I felt safe walking to and from the game. Only draw back I there are no really walkable Restaurants but would totally stay here again.

Jennifer is a great host. Very responsive and everything was simple. Check in was smooth, place was clean, and it is exactly as described/seen in the photos. Great location for UK football games (short walk) and convenient for everything in Lexington. Nice corner unit that was well appointed and clean. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend at Jennifer’s place. We came to town for a football game, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. It was a quick walk to our tailgate and the stadium, and it wasn’t far from downtown either. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy and communicated clearly. We also loved all the horse decor! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit Lexington!
