My cousins and I enjoyed a relaxing stay at this comfortable and clean AirBnB. Jennifer was an excellent host - great communication and we had everything we needed to be able to enjoy family time together. The location is perfect and we appreciated the provided list of things to do and places to eat. Would definitely book again if our travels bring us back to Lexington.

We liked staying at Jennifer’s home in Lexington and would definitely return there next time we visit Lexington. Close to Lexington Sporting Club which was perfect for our needs. Jennifer was easy to reach for our needs. The unit is very comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. TV’s had every channel you would need. We did a lot of cooking, so we were happy the place had all the supplies we needed. Beautiful horse country. Learned so much about the area! Super Stay❣️

We absolutely loved our stay at Southern Charm! The decor was modern, the location was perfect, and the house was spotless—it truly felt like a home away from home! Every detail was perfect!

The place was beautiful. Very warm and cozy. Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. We were in town for a funeral, and in the midst of grieving were provided with a peaceful and serene place to stay. I visit KY often and will definitely book again. Thank you for everything ❤️

Oh my, my daughter & I flew fm Portland Oregon & stayed here for a few days before dropping her bk off to college while her horse was in transit to us! It was the perfect in between!! Could have fit our whole family of 5 easily. It exceeded our expectations! It was so beautiful & cozy… We felt right at home… Our only complaint would be that, we wished we weren’t so busy b/c would have loved to have more dwn time to just stay & enjoy more..🥰 And the host Jennifer- made it a wonderful positive experience. I’ve never met her but wow! She was true southern charm. Her daughter & mine are both equestrians in college & she was so helpful in so many ways. And fm one mom to another who is far away fm their daughters offered to be there for mine if in need.. So lovely… She melted our hearts.. We both felt so cared for & so incredibly welcomed! I so look forward to returning to this haven when coming to see my girl.. Ps KY University is literally walking distance across the street.

Great location - close to restaurants and very close to UK stadiums. Place was spotless and very comfortable. Perfect size for our party of 4. Very responsive and flexible host. Would definitely stay here again!

Came to Lexington to visit family and Jennifer’s home was the perfect location! Centrally located, but tucked away off the main road so it’s still a quiet area. Perfect accommodations for my husband and I, we were even able to host a few family members for a Christmas dinner! Hoping to stay here every time we come to Lexington!

Jennifer provided the perfect backdrop to attend and celebrate a momentous family event. The unit offered all the comforts of home with additional special touch amenities that really stood out. She was an outstanding house and communicator who ensured our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Best airbnb experience to date! Would love to revisit!

This townhome was central to everything in Lexington. It was easy getting to all the distilleries around the area. Getting to Louisville wasn’t a problem either. Jennifer was very attentive to our needs and the townhome was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there for us.
